Terms & Conditions

1. General Information
1.1 Stichting WarTable is a foundation registered in Utrechtse Heuvelrug, organizing tournaments for skirmish tabletop games.
1.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket sales, event participation, and associated services provided by Stichting WarTable via our website.
1.3 By purchasing tickets or participating in our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchases
2.1 Tickets for events organized by Stichting WarTable can be purchased through our website. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Ticket sales are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2.3 It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the accuracy of all details provided during the purchase process.

3. Payment
3.1 Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Stichting WarTable does not store payment details.
3.2 All payments must be made in euros (€). Any additional fees for currency conversion or international payments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
4.1 Purchasers have the right to cancel their ticket purchase and request a refund up to 7 days before the start of the event.
4.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@wartable.nl.
4.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.
4.4 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
4.5 If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Stichting WarTable, ticket holders will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer of their ticket to a future event.

5. Event Participation
5.1 Participants are expected to comply with the rules and guidelines of each tournament as outlined by Stichting WarTable.
5.2 Stichting WarTable reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants from the event for misconduct or failure to comply with the rules.
5.3 Stichting WarTable is not responsible for personal belongings or any injuries sustained during events.

6. Privacy
6.1 Stichting WarTable respects your privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
6.2 Personal data provided during the ticket purchase process will only be used for event management and communication purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Stichting WarTable is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in events or use of our services.
7.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
8.1 Stichting WarTable reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and apply to future transactions.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or participation in our events will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
